Co-hosting (or being a "co-host") means delegating part of the management of your short-term rental to a professional while keeping control of the rest. At Calmly Conciergerie, our co-hosting plan covers the entire guest relationship, from the first question to the final review, while you keep cleaning, key handover and the upkeep of your property. What we manage for you

Your responsibility (not included): cleaning, key handover & check-in, linen, maintenance. Professional cleaning between each stay is required to guarantee quality, and your reviews.

How does it work?

• 2. Free audit within 24h: we analyze your listing, your prices and your calendar, and call you back.
• 3. You add us as a co-host on your Airbnb listing, in a few clicks.
• 4. We take over communication, you collect your income, we charge 10% of the revenue generated.

Co-Hosting 10% or Full management 20%?
